At present, our national railway technique policies have already put forward definitely "Develop high-speed passenger-transport special railway lines of about 250 km/h and more than that in the east littoral corridor where is of developed economy and centralized passenger flow." With the continual improvement of railway operation speed and the implementation of our national railway network planning, the great development of integrated railway dispatch control and management system has already become the necessary trend; the successful construction of TDCS (DMIS) system has established a stable foundation for the integrated railway dispatch control and management system. The thesis selects the kernel subsystem of integrated dispatch system that is traffic dispatch subsystem, and makes detailed researches on its train movement adjustment module. Main contents are as following:1. I have referred to plenty of documents to know the development situation of the integrated railways dispatch control and management system at home and abroad, surveyed and researched on the traffic dispatch work on site, studied its contents, working mode and flow, concluded the traffic dispatch work's basic regulation, and also made a study of train graph adjustment' principles, objectives and methods.2. How to accurately describe the train movement adjustment and design the algorithms has become a difficulty in train movement adjustment. Such current algorithms in common use, such as Resources Competition Algorithm, Algorithm of Drawing by Trip, Time Processing Algorithm, have their own disadvantages; therefore, they are difficult to satisfy the actual requirements existing in the railway movement adjustment. The thesis has set widely the factors of train movement adjustment in the single-line segment and their corresponding train movement restriction. Moreover, the thesis regards train's total late time which is weighted as the objective function for train graph adjustment to construct the mathematics module. In addition, the thesis considers the constructed mathematic module as the working-procedure problem in the graph theory and then uses the embranchment-demarcation method to get the best solution.3. The thesis has studied that using OO design method to analyze and design the objects involved by the traffic dispatch subsystem, modularized the system and described the relationships between their concrete properties and objects, which made programs better for expansion and reuse.
