The Design And Realization Of Train-Dispatch System--A Subsystem Of Dispatch MIS In Railway Sub-Bureau

Sub-bureau is the core of the railway transportation operation. It doesnot only work out schedule for station, supervise and coordinate their working but also records the organization process and analyzes the history records. According to its attribute and its position in railway transportation organization, we must realize that sub-bureau will inevitably become the core of the railway transportation management information system project.Train-dispatch is not only the most complex module in the sub-bureau dispatch MIS, but also the data source of other modules in the system Therefore train-dispatch module becomes the core of the whole management information system and determines the realization of the common goal of the whole system.The following is about my experience while studying the development communication, test, verify and application of the sub-bureau dispatch MIS in Guangzhou, Changsha, Beijing and Shijiazhuang, which started in February, 2001 by sub-bureau dispatch workgroup of electric department in Ministry of Railways. It contains:1. Dealing with the main purpose, application, developing conditions, the main data flow diagram and the overall designation and formation of the system.2. Analyzing the dispatching routine, its characteristic, and concluding the overall designation of sub-dispatch system.3. Resigning sub-dispatching system from its physical aspect,logical aspect, the abstraction of class, basic data and the requirement of its safty reliability, and illustrating the whole framework and flow chart of the system.4. Proposing the main functional module realization of sub-dispatching system, and giving its shortcomings or bugs and thepractical method to solve the problem.
