The Train Operation Dispatching and Directing Automatic System has become popular in China. It is very meaningful to China railway transportation. But we have some shortcoming with its application at present, obviously with little decision-making sustainment to the work of dispatcher. The thesis' main contents are as following:1. Through referring to plenty of documents and surveying train dispatch work on site, The thesis analyses the development situation of the integrated railways dispatch directing and management system at home and abroad, and analyses train dispatch work's contents, working mode and flow. The thesis also concluded train dispatch work's basic regulation, and also made a study of train operation adjustment's principles, influence factors and methods.2. On the basis of particular analyzing the work of train dispatcher, according to the theory of information management and software engineering, the thesis gives systems analysis.3. The thesis regards minimum weighted summation of train's originating late ratio and train's operation late time as the objective function for train operation adjustment to construct the mathematics model. Since adjusting train operation plan is one kind of NP-Hard problem, and the background of the problems decides that algorithm to the problems must output the result in rather shout time. We use Genetic Algorithms to solve the problem in this paper.4. Train route concentrated control is an important part of Centralized Traffic Control System (CTC). Research of train route automatic arrangement method is very important. The thesis sets up binary tree data structure of train route, and research train route automatic arrangement search arithmetic.
