| As one of the most effective mechanical lift devices in most self-sprayless oil well in our country, submersible pump has already played a great role in oil exploitation. With the development of submersible pump towards more discharge capacity, the performance of the key accessory-thrust bearing is important, therefore, the development of Friction & Wear Experiment is essential for overcoming the current technique obstacles. Tester Intellective Testing & Control & Analysis System (TITCAS) is just integration of these technologies with the machine. The paper gives the integral model of testing & control system of experiment machine after analyzing the technology of thrust bearing tribology experiment, and discusses intelligent collection , transmission and dealing of testing signals ,and automation control. Then the paper expatiates on the function of software and adopted technology. The whole system adopt Serial Port Communication, Speedmeter Lacked Vector Control, Parameter Self-turning PID control, fuzzy control theory and DirectX technology, use VB 6.0 as software platform and corresponding hardware to realize the real-time collection, online analysis, saving and display of load, friction torque, line speed, friction coefficient and temperature. At the same time, automatically adjusting of speed, loading and heating temperature of testing process are researched. The system can give the real-time and right results of tribology experiment and have friendly interfaces. It takes advantage of multithread and fast multimedia interface in visual basic, so the stabilization and reliability are guaranteed. In addition, because of Modularization design method and Object Oriented software technology, the upgrade of thrust bearing Friction & Wear Experiment Machine is convenient. |
