Research On Water Resources Protection In Hunan Province

Along with the fast development of the society and economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the problem of water resource shortage and water quality worsen extreme increasingly. Exploring water resource with reason, realizing the optimized collocation of water resource, and protecting water environment availably, advancing durative utilization of water resource, has already become the important research topic in face of actual work..On the basis of social economic development plan of Hunan province, development and utilization of water resource state, environmental monitoring of surface water and information of limber hole. In this text, considering the need of water resources protection, has analyzed the surface water pollution situation of Hunan, taking sustainable development synthetically of the near future and long-term programs, we carry on water function zoning to the water quality management objectives of function district of water. Analysis, experiment and rate of relying on the current situation" materials to carry on the model parameter of water quality are made. Analyze and calculate the river dirty ability, make every entrance control amount and cutting down amount of disposal of pollutants. In order to implement effective supervision and management to the water resource, this paper has put forward the idea and counter measure for the surface water receives dirty overall control finally.
