Based on the theory of construction machinery, this paper establishes the mathematical model to forecast wheel loader tractive performance. By using relative software, it compares and analyzes calculated result and test result so as to validate the right and the science. This paper uses machine weight G s, rolling resistance coefficient f , power train efficiency ηm, attachment's power consumed coefficient C f and adhesive coefficient Φetc as variable to forecast and research the influence on LW520F wheel loader tractive performance. The results of analysis and test show as follows. (1)The effect is obvious on machine weight G s, rolling resistance coefficient f , power consumed coefficient C f and adhesive coefficient f to influence available tractive performance Fk p. (2)In a certain range, the effect is not obvious on attachment's consumed coefficient C f to influence available tractive force Fk p. (3)The integration of engine power and machine weight will lead the obvious change for tractive performance and power performance. So, in order to improve the production performance, it should optimize collectivity scheme, correspond performance parameter and improve power train efficient.
