With the development of technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the popularity of automible becomes bigger and bigger. How to guarantee the traffic safety, reduce the automobile's maintenance cost and enhance riding comfortableness has already become an important question that people generally cared about. Among all these questions, the tire plays an important role. Therefore, the domestic and the foreign automobile companies, the manufacturer of tires as well as some electronic research bureau all start to invest studies in the tire's safety monitor system. According to these practical demands, this project, on the basis of the research and reference on domestic and foreign existing tires' safety monitor system, taking full use of the achievements on modern electronic, sensor and wireless communications, developed a set of practical safety monitor system suitable to domestic application.The system departs the data sampling module from the processing one by using wireless radio frequency communication, puts the sampling modules of pressure and temperature inside the tire, data processing module and the display alarm unit on the driving plate. Through wireless radio frequency, the tire's interior pressure and temperature are transmitted to data processing module in real time, after passing through the microcontroller's processing, the tire's real-time condition is displayed by LCD. If it exceeds the pre-set standard rating, the driver will be warmned by voice alarming unit to take correspondent measures. Therefore the potential accident will be eliminated in the embryonic stage, thus, the security and the economics of driving will be greatly improved.The project has designed whole hardware circuit, and compiled the system's control software by using C51& C430, and made the communications protocol by simulating the CAN bus, and using the Hamming error-correcting code, enable the system to have lower error rate. In addition, it also used a series of software and hardware protective measures to enhance the system's anti-interference ability. The system has used bidirectional wireless radio frequency module, not only simplified the structure, reduced the complicated formalities of installment, but also take the data sampling module's state under control., reduced the power consumption, lengthened the system's service life. The hardware has used the general microcontroller and the sensor, reduced the system's cost.The experimental debugging and the computed result indicated that the overall system has completed all functions requested, running steadly and reliablely, and reached the anticipated goal.
