Research And Development For Resource Plan System Of Equipment Maintenance

The operation conditions of equipment is the main factor which influence the economic benefit of enterprise. The enterprise's managers concern with the problem how to manage effectively equipment maintenance resource by all kinds of means. In order to solve this problem, this paper combines the technology of intelligent decision system(IDS) with the idea of resource plan, put forward the resource plan system of equipment maintenance based on IDS, and mostly concentrated on theory, construction and implement method of this system.At first, on the base of introducing current management information systems,this paper give the systemic construction and function, discuss the express of information and knowledge reasoning , set forth the form and realization of maintenance resource plan, establish the model for resource configuration, settle the problem about resource conflict and competition, probe into the integration between this system and other management information systems.Secondly, this paper designs and develops maintenance resource plan system by Concurrent Engineering, and emphasizes the design and construction of database.At last , a summary of this dissertation is given, the idea of this system in future contents is proposed, and the prospect for the technology of maintenance resource management is described.Peng Lin(Mechanical and Electronic Engineering)Directed by Prof.Xia FangChenAssociate Prof. Tu HaiNing...
