Sustainable Urban Transport Development And Resource Model Study

Through analysing the origin, intension of sustainable development, this paper puts forward that only taking the road to sustainable development is the correct choice of city traffic development in China, and uses the analytic approach of the level to set up the appraisal model of sustainable development of city traffic. Through analysing the key to questions of city traffic, the paper shows that resources are the material base of sustainable development of the city traffic. The author have analysed the using actuality of the land resource especially and the relation that interacts with the city traffic, and how to use the land rationally to impel the sustainable development of the city traffic. On the basis of analyzing the using actuality of city traffic funds and existing problem, and analyzing the characteristics of time value and time saving value, the paper puts forward mode of utilization of other resources of sustainable development of the city traffic.
