Analysis On Ill-State And Research On Reinforce Of Guantang Reservoir In Guangdong Province

Because of historical reasons, sick reservoirs spread widely in our country and are most in bad state. There are 1235 large-medium-sized defect reservoirs and 29147 small defect reservoirs. In order to eliminate the dangerous or bad state of reservoirs and reinforce their dams and dikes, many special planning projects and researches have being undertaken from 2000 year. This paper analyzes the Gentian Reservoir in Guangdong Province, including the investigation of the security, the monographic researches in the earth dam grouting, the computer monitoring system and the project management. This paper points out the main dangerous parts of Gentian Reservoir, then puts forward some useful suggestions in the reinforcement of the main structures. It will supply a good reference in the repairing of damaged or dangerous reservoirs for technologists.This paper lays strong emphases on the following items: (1) discuss the security of the West Dam and East Dam, deduce the insecurity of the West Dam, analyze its causes and thus bring forwards the reinforcement scheme, (2) check the security of spillway, barrage, regulating sluice, show the irrationality of the multi-ream-axis hydraulically automated gate-barrage because it brings so much inconvenience in the flood discharge, waterlogging and automatic management, narrate the necessity to establish regulating sluice in the head of intaking chunnel (3) put forward the automatic monitoring computer system in the reservoir management,(4) give economic analysis combing the specified reinforcement scheme to illustrate its feasibility and availability.
