In the context of the rapid development of contemporary social economy,the status of reservoirs in life and production is particularly prominent.However,due to many reasons such as poor operation and management of the reservoir,the number of dangerous reservoirs is increasing day by day.The existence of these dangerous problems will not only affect the normal performance of the reservoir,but also adversely affect the social economy.Since the reservoir was reinforced and reinforced in 1989,the Shangnian reservoir has not been reinforced and rehabilitated.During the long-term operation,due to natural factors and human factors,major buildings such as reservoir dams and spillways have been damaged,and the operation status of the reservoir Very dangerous.According to the survey calculation,the Shangnian reservoir has the following risk problems:(1)The dam project wave wall is not properly positioned,the upstream dam slope stone is weathered,the downstream dam slope gravel is uneven,the dam slope on the left bank and the right side of the spillway are leaking,and the downstream dam has no drainage body.Therefore,the dam cannot meet the requirements of seepage stability and dam slope stability.(2)The spillway body is a permeable structure and does not meet the stability requirements under normal working conditions.The water leakage of the dome sill and the concrete is separated;there is no energy-dissipating facility;the curved steel gate and wire rope are seriously corroded,and the rubber stops aging,serious Leakage affects the normal storage of the reservoir;the gate of the hoist can only be manually opened and closed,which affects the timeliness of opening.(3)The water in the imported water diversion project of the water conveyance tunnel project is seriously leaked,and the tailwater drain of the downstream stilling pool is destroyed.(4)The road to the dam is located at the left end of the dam.There is only one flood bridge on the tailwater channel downstream of the spillway.In the event of danger,it is impossible to ensure the safe transportation of materials and affect the safety of flood control.According to the existing dangerous problems of the reservoir,combined with the relevant survey reports and design specifications,the hydrology,dam seepage,hydraulics and structure of each building required for the reinforcement of the Shangnian reservoir were calculated and analyzed,and the reinforcement plan was determined.as follows:First,widen the dam crest of the reservoir in the previous year,dismantle the original wave wall,and build a new wave wall near the upstream abutment.Concrete is inserted into the wall between the dam slope on the left bank of the dam and the right side of the spillway.The curtain is grouted below.The concrete on the left wall surface of the original spillway steep groove section was completely removed,and the surface concrete was re-protected.The right wall was completely removed,and the section type wasconsistent with the original.The upstream and downstream slope protection of the dam body shall be repaired,and a new gravel and gravel drainage body shall be built at the foot of the downstream dam to ensure the stability of the dam slope.Secondly,the original overflow weir,the concrete on the left side wall of the steep groove,the right wall and the bottom plate are all removed,and the new power curve type is practical.The lower part of the original water supply hole inlet grading water pipe is blocked,and the inlet section and the tower gate well are newly built after the original horizontal tube stilling pool.Redesign the tailrace channel with concrete protection on both sides to replace the original damaged masonry structure.Remove the original gate,replace the new gate and the opening and closing equipment,and build a new opening and closing room.Finally,at the right end of the dam,the mountain was re-opened to build a traffic road,and a concrete drainage ditch was set up on the side of the road.
