Research On Urban Design In Urban Coastal Zone

Urban coastal zone, a typical element of the standing out coastal citys, indicates the charm of the citys. but it also faces many problems in the rapid development process. The research attempt to find a way from the angle of urban design to solve these problems, including land using, open space design, landscape design, ecological protecting and context conservation.This article reseaches on the design method of urban coastal zone based on the urban physical environment . The first chapter introduces the background, definition and facing problems, then presents the research objects and the article' s framework. The second to the fourth chapters are the main content of the article containing three parts :planar, three demention and time. The planar part researches on land using and expands from the point, line and area aspect; the three demention part researches on mass design, space design and the association with each other. the time part researched on the ecological protecting and context area conservation from the angle of sustainable development.
