With the development of modernization of electric system network, the scale of power network is developing rapidly, and the request for electric power production and supervisory control system is higher and higher. The automation system is required to control the overall situation of the whole electrified wire netting, monitor and control the condition of device, and fulfill four remote functions, that is, telemeter, communication, remote adjustment, and remote control , In addition, the sysytem should record the historical data, form tables, analyze the data as well.As computers are widely used in the control field of electricity system, the supervisory control software has developing quickly.On the base of the absorption with domestic and international supervisory control sysytem in popularity, this project have successfully developed a supervisory control configuration software of transformer substation.The system is designed regarding Win2000/NT as operation system, and Delphi 7.0 as developing tool,and SQL Server2000 as database. The system have the characteristic of modularization, and have universal property, its planning idea is oriented object technology.This paper mainly illustrates the design progress of its monitor configuration software of the overall structure of the supervisory control software according to the features and requirements of electrical system. The system is divided into two parts, that is, configuring platform and running platformAt the same time, it puts forward with the feature of power system in both hardware and software.Next, the paper focuses on the key technique used in each part of the system, emphasizing the graph technique, and database technique, report forms technique and communication technique. Finally, the characteristics of software is shown in concrete application combining with running example.
