Hydro-electric Generating Unit(HGU)is the main equipment in hydro power plants. With the development of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) for hydro power plants, the condition of HGU has become the most important factor for hydro power plants'maintenance. Architecture of the Optimal Maintenance Expert Workstation for the Turbine Governor (OMEWTG) is proposed in this dissertation. Scheduled Maintenance must be considered to combine with Predictive Maintenance and other factors. The idea of applying device optimal maintenance to the overhaul of hydro-turbine sets to realize the Optimal Maintenance for turbine governor is put forward. The thesis discussed the frame of device optimal maintenance system, and the function of OMEWTG. It is necessary to study the Oriented-Expert Expression for State Information and the Interactive Diagnosis Process. This paper is based on the program Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis System of Governors, which is a subsystem of the Hydro Power Plant Optimal Maintenance Information System cooperated with the Gezhouba Hydropower Plant of China Yangtze Power Co. Ltd. A system is brought forward,which construct with the real-time condition monitoring and the processes of the human-centered interactive diagnose. it presents the frameworks of OMEWTG in this paper. At last the system for 19# HGU of Gezhouba Hydropower Plant is investigated and the field application results are given. The field application results have demonstrated that the methods are feasible. |
