| Stirling refrigerator is one of the most wide-ranging used small-size low temperature cryocoolers. It has the characteristics: compact construction, broad work temperature range, high efficiency, quick starting process and easy manipulate, and so on. Integral type Stirling refrigerator is the earliest type of Stirling refrigerator that has been researched and used. Since its technique becomes mature, it has yet obtained the wide-ranging application in many fields. Since the high grade Stirling refrigerator is set as contraband goods by the developed country, developing Stirling refrigerators that have independent intellectual property is imperative. Our research aims at piston supporting structure of miniature rotating motor driven Stirling refrigerator, that removes the sealing worn-out in integral type Stirling that constrains machine life time. We innovate to use linear guide-way support structure. Thus the friction force between piston and cylinder now transfers to linear bearing. Linear bearing is an ageing produce, it can stands amount loads and has relative longer life. So, it can be used to Stirling refrigerator driven by rotating motor. In this dissertation, the development processes of Stirling refrigerator prototype that adopts linear guide-way support and its performance tests are introduced. The key technique of construct design has been studied in detail. And performance tests situation of the prototype has been summed up. Based on the development of prototype machine, the industrialization of integral type Stirling refrigerator has been discussed. The stress of industrialization research on Stirling coolers is to investigation on how the errors of key parts and components introduced during manufacture and assembly, and how these effects acted on the whole machine performance, then, how to get the error criterion of key parts and components in manufacture and assembly. It is proposed based on the dependability falls by considering the state of the art in domestic research situation on Stirling refrigerator. The research mind of industrialization of integral type Stirling refrigerator is the thought of parameter decomposition -criterion establishes -node control. In order to carry out quantitative research, an industrialization model that adopts dynamic systematic concept on comparing more available refrigerator models was established. Moreover, an apparatus to study key parts characteristics was designed which will adjust and carry out detail research of the industrialization model. |
