The Research On Simulation Of Detection Method For Voltage Fluctuation And Flicker

Along with the economical unceasing development, the power system load power ismore and more big, in particular impact load suddenly increased, causes the electric networkpower supply system not to be stable, causes power distribution network the voltagefluctuation and flicker is increasingly serious, therefore needed to carry on the examinationand the analysis to it, then proposed the concrete supervised plan.This paper first briefly introduced voltage fluctuation and flicker the basic concept, themain harm and the evaluating indicator. Having analysed and compared the signal analysismethods of the original voltage fluctuation and flicker , in the IEC recommendation evenmethod examination flicker functional block diagram foundation ,we put forward to a newflicker examination method, namely established mathematical model which based oncorrelation method the determination synchronous detection voltage separation flicker signal ,and union wavelet multi-resolution analysis examination voltage flicker signal analysismethod. After the simulating confirmation, the use LabVIEW and the MATLABcompounding programming realized the detection of flicker, the experimental resultpreliminary proves developed flicker the examination system performance indexesconforms to the challenge of IEC accuracy standard.
