With the increase of population, the development of economy and the speediness of urbanization, the demand of water resource becomes bigger and bigger. The study of water resource carrying capacity now is an important index of analyzing the economy development in certain area. Also, it is an important content in study of water resource's continuable utilization. The karst areas possess unique forming and distributing rules of water resource for their especial topographic features. At the same time, the karst areas' agriculture and industry have their particularity in aspects of industrial structure, population distribution, ethical life, environmental condition and so on. So the index and model of normal water resource carrying capacity in other areas are not the same with the basis of economy development programming this area. There for, this thesis combines the features of southern area, works over the mathematical model, which is fit for the studying of water resource carrying capacity in southern karst areas.This study discusses the concept and specialties of regional water resource carrying capacity; expounds the features of water resource carrying capacity in karst areas; constructs the indicator system of water resource bearing capacity in karst areas; then applies LOGISTIC curve and fuzzy comprehensive judgement to the study of water resource carrying capacity in karst areas; in the end, uses this model to count and analyse the capacity of water resource carryring capacity in Qingzhen.
