In order to solve the problem of reserve power supply of battery monitoringon-line system, this thesis first have analyzed the principle of the valve accusing oftype lead-acid battery and put forward the idea of IR comprehensive analyticapproach. Then it verifies the correctness and the feasibility of the IR comprehensiveanalytic approach through a large number of experiments. The main control systemand the monitoring system of battery on-line monitoring devices have been designedand developed on the theoretical basis of the IR comprehensive analytic approach, aswell as the hardware design, including CPU control system design and check of theselecting type of the sensors , A/D changing circuit design, power design, andresearch of anti-interference technology.It also has finished the control softwarecompiling, self-diagnosis system design and system debugging. The products of thebattery monitoring on-line system has been realized the remote control andtelemetering measurement function through the higher location machines. Moreover,more than one controlling in real time a bit and parameter establishment with datumexchanging can also be realized.
