The task of this paper is to Research the reformation of the architecture designeducation of the School of Architecture of Tianjin Univercity. Base on the latestachievements in the architecture education fields, the paper started with study of thereformation of the architecture design education of the School of Architecture ofTianjin Univercity. currently and the correlative theory of the architecture education,and then investigated and made system analysis. The paper also planed to fill up thevacancy in the field of architecture education and the reformation of the architecturedesign education. To achieve the target, except for building a new system to fulfill thedemands of the students who are fond of studying architecture , there will belarge-scaled reformation to be happened, and the existent system also need adjustmentand evolution.Hereby, the emphasis of this study is to search after the way of reformation of thearchitecture design education. The paper firstly described the devolvement of Chinesearchitecture education field and the reason why we have to change the old educationsustem. also summarized the background, aim and meaning of the research. In chapterII, it analyzed the the reformation of the architecture design education of the School ofArchitecture of Tianjin Univercity. and made a wild range of research among teachersand students. and point out the differeces between the old system and new. In chapterIII, it analyzed the styles and artifice, namely discoursed upon the generalapplicability and particularity. In chapter IV, it analyzed and foreseeed the tendency ofarchitecture design education in new century .It will provide convincing evidencesand doable steps for the up-coming reformation of the architecture design education.
