Postgraduate education is the key link for talent cultivation.For the society,there is a certain amount of cultural and professional high-quality compound talents.The unique application and practicality of the architectural profession is closely related to the country's increasingly arduous economic construction,and the demand for architectural complex talents is increasing in the market.Innovative education put a high requirement for the talents after the country's dual innovation.It is crucial that of the new era for talents and the key to improving the national innovation and creativity.In Western education,there are many characteristics and expertise in innovatiive education,and it is also a universal recognition of international education today.Due to its long history,the graduate education in architecture can give an education in architecture graduate education in innovation thinking.In response to the spirit of the Nineteenth Party Congress,South China University of Technology is also committed to cultivating innovative talents with a “creative?innovation?entrepreneurship model and an international perspective”.This has laid a solid foundation for this paper.This article studies the graduates of Ghent University and Ghent University in Belgium to analyze the connotation of training objectives and training methods in the architecture graduate education training system of the two universities,and tries to use comparative studies to graduate students of architecture of South China University of Technology.Education put forward certain opinions and suggestions,combined with related research on innovative education,and tapped the connection between architecture graduate education systems with innovative education.The reform of postgraduate education provides some reference significance.This article is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is to ask questions,mainly from the research background,content,purpose,meaning,and related to domestic and foreign graduate education,architecture education,innovative education.With theoretical and current research provide scientific basis for selecting topics.The second chapter is a phenomenological statement,mainly through the factual presentation of the objectives,curriculum,course content,teaching methods,and faculty team of architecture graduates of South China University of Technology and Ghent University of Belgium.It collects relevant information as detailed as possible.The excavation of the architecture education system of two universities and colleges provides the factual basis for the comparative study of the third part.The third chapter is a comparative study of the second part of the presentation data,and conducts in-depth analysis and discussion of the architecture graduate education system in the two universities,and summarizes the reasons for their differences or homogeneity,and focuses on their innovative education experience.The fourth chapter is the heuristic thinking of this article.Through the above comparative research and the reasons summarized,the strategies related to the innovative education in the graduate education in the two universities are refined and elaborated.Put forward some suggestions.The final summary and outlook are to reflect on the deficiencies in the research results and to look forward to further research in the future.
