High efficiency and power density are the superiority of permanent magnetsynchronous motor (PMSM) compared with asynchronous motor (AM) .It must havethe splendid foreground in the field of EV drive motor. But it will make the controlsystem for fallibility and expensive.We talk about the basic elements of position sensor and how to use them in thispaper. Then we point out the necessary of research on sensorless control. We can seethat because it had have the speed sensor in the HEV drive motor system which basedon the pulse counted. Therefore firstly we research a method which based on thespeed sensor but without position sensor. We can detrude the arithmetic which canadjust the rotor magnet position without person. The other is sensorless control baseon mode reference adaptive system (MRAS), which can estimate speed and positionof PMSM without speed sensor.Basic on the theory ,we build the mode of two methods with simulink. We analyzethe speed and position characteristic under start, loading and changing speed reference.Finally we validate the first method by the MSK2407 control board, PM50V3.0 driveboard which made by TECHNOSOFT and PITTMAN 3441 DC-Brushless motor. |
