This article discusses the design and exploitation of software system of thermal performance test of steam turbine by computer processing system based on the graph configuration of the ASME PTC6 thermal system, and the compile of software of steam turbine thermal system is completed. Using control graph modeling technology based on ActiveX, it provides a constructing platform (thermal system configuration) for steam turbine thermal system, in order to process the thermal performance test result in different set and different conditions.Combined with the main thermal system about homemade 330MW steam unit, this article makes a particular analysis in the way of thermal performance test and the computing and introduces the whole structure of thermal performance test software. Its emphasis on how to made hypothesis and simplification in the regeneration heat system in order to obtain the general exchange heater model and describes unit's principle thermal system using the design parameter. The software achieves its online computation by using design parameter.This computation software of steam turbine thermal system has a friendly widow, easy operation, configuration and convenient calculation under different model and running way in principle thermal system, without correcting foundation codes. It dramatically reduces the work in exploitation on computation software thermal performance test of steam turbine.This software was used in some power plant in Ningxia. It is shown that it is feasible to adopt the configuration, identifying and requesting way in the calculation of thermal performance test of steam turbine. It has a quickly computing speed and high precision. It is significant to improve thermal economics of power plant in Ningxia area.
