With the rapid develelopmend automobile industry,the requirements for the comfortsand reliability of automobiles are increased simultaneously.The transmission shaft is an important part of automobile,whose performance is limited by some sophisticated factors such as material , technology, or test ect.Due to the existence of unblance self-force in a high-speet rotating,the vibration accompanying running, these vibrations have considerable influence on the comfort ,even damaging the part,reduced reliability of automobile.Therefore ,the study of the balancing technology draws the great recognition of global automobile works all along ,and they wish to decrease the unblalance of transmission shaft maximumly, increasing whole performance.In terms of the transmission shaft balancing, it exists another problem that the shaft is not looked at as rigid body.When the rotor running at a high-speed ,under the action of unbalance force ,the transmission shaft will bend. It is certainly ideal to balance a transmission shaft as a flexible rotor.However, considering the mass production of automobiles, this method is obviously unpractical. In order to discreasing the flexible deformation, in this theory, the feasibility that double- plane balancing takes method the place of multi-plane balancing on a special place for one segment transmission shaft.Before the two-joint-segment transimission shaft is assembled, testing the unbalacing every segment transmission shaft. A new unbalance be brought by the error of technology and manufacture.The research in this paper is mainly focused on two segment transmission shaft of automobiles, The vibrational rule of two segment transmission shaft of automobiles as a whole is studied using the theories of rotor dynamics and vibrational machanics.As hard bearing balancing machine as a platform, properly justify plane of two-joint-segment transimission shaft is detailedly deduced. The test theories of dynamics balancing based on influence cofficient is developed.The system demarcation and system compensation methods are studied too.at last, mechanical error of test system is analysed, that conclusion is the theory base of the whole test system.According to this research results, the maximumly unbalance is recognition drawed on the testing a few step, the test time is reduced obviously.
