In most industrial fields, rotating machine is key equipment, whose stabilization and availability is of greatest importance. As to balance the rotor, we must measure the imbalance, and then finish the balancing correction.Firstly, the paper did research on dynamic balancing, including the imbalance, balancing principles, latest development and prospects. Then it introduced the history, classification and composition of the balance machine and came up with the problem——dynamic balance test technology. Since the problem, we discussed the balance test system about the sensor, circuit and basic requirement.We encountered the problem that the per-point method is restricted by its efficiency and accuracy when we calibrating the magnetoelectric speed sensor. So we used the linear-sweep-frequency method and got the sensitivity curves by FFT. However, FFT analysis is just in frequency domain and we developed a new analysis method by short-time Fourier transform and empirical mode decomposition.We designed the filter circuit and gain circuit based on integrated chips.Discussed the vibration mode balancing method and implemented the balancing software, which achieved success in the balancing practice.
