Dynamic balancing machine for tire and dynamic balancing machine for rim arethe key equipment on the production line for tires and rims to complete qualityinspection. with the development of the automobile industry, Dynamic balancingmachine is rise, Quality of tire an rim affect people traveling in a car’s comfort andsafety, which is related to the quality of life, and therefore Dynamic balancingmachine for tire and dynamic balancing machine for rim in recent years become a hotindustry development. On the status of domestic production line for tire andproduction line for rim, balancing machines were analyzed and compared to foreign,identify the current China’s tire rim balancing machine problem.The basic principle is the basis of dynamic balancing machine for tire anddynamic balancing machine for rim, the test is used in hard-sided balancing support.Analysis of influence coefficient method, through modeling, finite element analysisused in masuring mechanism of balancing machines, which provides design basis ofhard-support balancing machine. The article analysis the influence of data forbalancing machine, and design spindle system of measurement, locking mechanism,positioning mechanism, vibration system, the drive mechanism, and focus on thelocking mechanism and the positioning mechanism were studied. Through theoreticalanalysis proposed design ideas, and after the field test production line, improveddesign, optimize the mechanical structure. Meanwhile, in the article the other factorsthat affect the measurement data are also analyzed.The measurement data is inaccurate of dynamic balancing machine for tire anddynamic balancing machine for rim, the factors not only system error, and externalinterference. Balancing machine test system using a piezoelectric sensor to obtain anelectrical signal, during operation have external vibration, the original low-frequencyinterference signal must be first pretreated, and use the low-pass filter to remove highfrequency noise. Effective signal through the Fourier transform of a periodic signalfor the entire period truncation, to obtain the correct spectrum. Before test tire or rim,it need use weight calibration to remove the unbalance of the system itself. In order toavoid the impact of the tire or rim on the test system, also need to test the systemeccentricity compensation. By analyzing the pros and cons without tires calibrationand with tire calibration, the rationality of the proposed calibration method with tires.For the domestic tire and rim factory production lines, it design a suitable PC software,easy to use, powerful database functionality, a variety of statistical reports to facilitatevarious needs of customers. In order to complete the production line automatic measurement, with PLCcontrollers and servo systems widely used to build a stable and precise control system.The touch screen interface is designed and it is practical, to ensure ease of operation,make full use of advanced modern tools to change the traditional mode of production.
