The thesis is based on the theory of hazardous resources in the Safety System Engineering. Applying the relevant principles in Risk Assessment and considering characteristics of liquefied natural gas (LNG) such as inflammable, explosive and toxic, the paper made a comprehensive assessment on the risk of Dapeng LNG terminals in Shenzhen.According to the assessment of occur ability of the accident and the inherent danger, the paper induced man-made management factors and disaster-prevented measure and applied associated-algorithmus on fuzzy theory to complete the synthetic assessment of LNG terminal.The factors of human, mechanic and environmental that may affect the explosion and fire accident during the operation of LNG terminal were also studied. Combined with the national "8th five-year plan" science and technology in terms of key program of "the identification and evaluation technology study of the inflammable, explosive and toxic major source of danger", the author set up the integrated evaluation system of explosion and fire accident in the process of LNG terminal operation. Explosion influenced model of VCE and fire influenced model of BLEVE were set up grounding on characteristics of explosion and fire of LNG. And destroy and damage degree to people and property was quantified. The research obtained such results as the loss of treasure, the region with explosion and fire, the risk rank and the risk-control level. In addition, a VB program was developed to carry out these models in practice.
