Implement Beijing Capital International Airport Safety Risk Advisory System

An efficient mechanism of airport-safety risk management can greatly reduce the happenings of accidents and its loss.The main safety risk which affected Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) safety status was the second category hazards. If the Airport safety risks management team can strictly monitor the hazards status of risk factors and adopt an appropriate measures controlling risk while the failure occurrence, then the accidents will be greatly decreased. This paper introduced an efficient safety risk advisory system model;it can monitor the hazards status of airport safety risk factors actively.In this paper, I developed the safety risk advisory system to monitor the hazards status real-time and actively in BCIA.It was a 3-tier architecture system, running on the intranet based on Microsoft ASP.NET, applied the SQL procedure operate data, role-based system security etc... The system can carry on the credible and efficient risk alarming and the safety risk level information in BCIA. The system can offer the dynamic status management and a real-time show the safety risk level.In a word, this paper developed a basic safety risk advisory system model to monitor and cope with the risk in BCIA. The structure of this paper described provided a well reference for the correlative Airport to adaptly manage the safety risk.
