Research On Multi-view On Project Of Product Development

Aiming at the status that the current project management is lack of the function on process management, and the project is weak in product data management, the integrated project management of product development is advanced. Architecture of project orienting project life cycle is built. Based on the characteristic of R&D, The multi-view model of project management oriented product, process, resource, organization, capital and file is presented, based on the mode, the characteristic and component of each view are expounded, especially the task mode of project expanded and the integrated relationship with workflow management are introduced. A view mapping method is also proposed in order to maintain the integrity of the information in multi-views and distill the availability of the information in the project and the relationship of product view, process view and file view is built. At last, the system structure and function modules of project management information system based on multi-view are presented.
