The Strategic Research Of XingTai Urban Spatial Planning Development

With the development of our socialism market economic system, The city of our country is influenced thoroughly such as the world economics globalization, the requirement of competition among domestic cities, the high speed economy, the request of complex multiplication function day by day and so on. Traditional urban planning has already unsuitable to the development of modern urban. The strategic of urban spatial developmental planning emerged as the times require in this situation which can act as a design to the urban economy, the society, the environment development. The design is complete, long-term and creedlyThis research take Xingtai as an example, has carried on the thorough discussion to strategic planning of the city space development from the concept to the concrete content. This research altogether is divided four major parts.Firstly, this part mainly illustrate the content of strategic planning of cityspace development, which includes background, the research goal and the significance, the research present between domestic and foreign situation, and the research methord.Secondly, this part introduced the strategic planning of city space development's meaning, the content and its basic theory, and this research mainly pointed out four aspects results which comes from the city spatial structure, economical industrial, the humanities society, the ecological environment.Thirdly, this part introduced the research object— some basic situations of Xingtai, the research has concerned with the analysis of the economical industrial development, the urban construction and the changes of city's future development.The fourth part is the emphases of this research. According to the future goal of the Xingtai's development—The construction Easy Living City to guarant the realization of the urban development goal. the total goal will decompose into three sub-items goals such as the industry easy living , the ecology easy living, the culture easy living and so on, And proposed four aspects of the Xingtai city space developmental strategy plan research, such as the industry developmental strategy plan, the ecology developmental strategy plan, the humanities environment developmental strategy plan and the city space development shape plan and so on.
