Study On The Performance Evaluation And Spatial Planning Strategy Of Urban And Rural Integration Development In The Domain Of Pingdingshan City

The problem of relationship between the country and the city has been the impact of China’s economic development, social stability of the major issues, the integration of urban and rural areas as a way to resolve the relationship between urban and rural areas, for the elimination of existing between China’s urban and rural economic system of two yuan of contradictions, and promote the rapid development of urban and rural economy, accelerate urban and rural resources between, technology, capital and other elements of the flow, to promote the rapid development of rural economy, is of positive significance to promote the socialist rural construction. The integration of urban and rural areas the problem itself is a involved in sociology, anthropology, economics, geography, urban and rural planning science and complex issues, and also affected by urban and rural economy, society, population, infrastructure and many other factors. Therefore, there is important theoretical and practical significance to study the development of urban and rural integration evaluation of performance.In this paper, from the theoretical view, based on the integration of urban and rural related theory and the development of performance related theories, and summarizes the basic connotation of the integration of urban and rural development performance, and through the research on the development of performance evaluation system and evaluation method for the integration of urban and rural development, the performance index system construction and evaluation to determine the method provides theoretical foundation. In the empirical analysis, taking Pingdingshan area as the evaluation object, first from the qualitative aspects of analysis of the development status of the integration of urban and rural area of Pingdingshan, the current situation of the development of urban and rural space problem respectively in Pingdingshan area from the three aspects of the urban and rural industrial space, urban and rural population, urban grade. Secondly, according to the target oriented principle, from four aspects of urban and rural integration, the integration of urban and rural quality performance efficiency performance, the integration of urban and rural structure performance, the integration of urban and rural potential performance, the construction of performance evaluation index system of the integration of urban and rural development, and through the establishment of evaluation model, use factor analysis and entropy method in the way of the combination of urban and rural areas, to the integrated development of the performance of Pingdingshan area was evaluated, and analyzed the evaluation results. Finally, in the performance evaluation on the development of city and county based on analysis of results, from four respects of urban and rural economic integration of urban and rural social space, space integration, urban and rural urban spatial integration, urban and rural ecological space integration of urban and rural integration, presents a spatial domain planning strategy of Pingdingshan city.
