The Security Appraisal Of Power Supply Enterprise Of Jiangsu Province And Its Information System Design

Security appraisal is a modern means of security management. The status of power supply enterprises is completely evaluated, in order to find hidden security problem ahead of time, correct the defect and consolidate the foundation of producing security in time. The importation of advanced computer technology into security appraisal makes the procedure of security appraisal software-packaged and informational, which change the traditional miscellaneous work into AI expert management system with computer. This changes the static management into dynamic management, and it is helpful to improve the management level of security.This paper focuses on the analysis and study of security appraisal of the supply enterprises in Jiangsu province, and develop a software-package, (Management system of security appraisal for power supply enterprises) which could improve the accuracy, efficiency and the data utilization ratio of security appraisal. This package conforms to structure-design rule and decomposes the overall system from top to bottom by using network-chart technology, which makes complex work into simple modules. Meanwhile, the operability, expandability and the friendly interface that convenient to users are well considered during the whole design process. The system consists of 3 levels for province enterprises, county enterprises and shift-groups, which are independent to each other and able to exchange data with each other. This system comprises of five models: intelligent expert pool, management, data input, reports output and network transport.
