Hydraulic anchor for soil drilling is the key equipment for anchor soil, and has been used extensively in construction of building, building road and bridge and firming the foundation of dam etc. The research on hydraulic anchor for soil drilling is importantly significant for promoting the fast development of anchor soil technology and realizing home-madeization of hydraulic anchor for soil drilling.Based on analyzing the work principle of hydraulic anchor for soil drilling, this paper importantly analizes the work principle of its working mechanism. Above all, by using the three dimensional software SolidWorks, build the three dimensional solid model of working mechanism and carry on virtual assemble and interference check. Then the model is imported into ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)software, virtual prototype of working mechanism is established in ADAMS, and then the combine simulation and optimization of mechanical system and hydraulic system is realized . The result of simulation indicate that after optimization the working mechanism meet the demands of hydraulic anchor for soil drilling, and the working mechanism suffers more reasonable force and moves more steadily, so the reliability and stability of working mechanism are enhanced . Moreover, the test curve of hydraulic system exported by the simulation model offers the dependable basis for the optimal design of hydraulic system.Practice indicate, modeling based on feature and Virtual Prototyping Technology are used in deeply studying working mechanism of hydraulic anchor for soil drilling, as better resolved the key technique problem of designing hydraulic anchor for soildrilling .At the same time, the idea and means of studying have leading meaning and practicality value to research and develop excellent mechanical product.
