Study On Interrelated Problems Of Stratigic Planning Of Urban Parking System Development

Based on these points , a new type of parking system planning named parking system strategic planning of urban is put forward .In order to dissertate the concept and basic of this new type of planning, the paper analyses the relationship between urbanization and urban traffic first .The main problems of parking system in our country and proposals are raised .Then a discuss about parking demand forecast and distinguish area of parking system strategic planning is given as the key points of the paper later. Farther the paper shows the the modes and steps of parking strategic planning , and give an example of Chengdu parking system strategic planning as an illustration in the end .In chapter one, firstly, some concept is introduced, then a literature review is carried out, covering the books and articles on the urban system study and planning.Based on the conception of strategic planning of urban system development ,chapter two expounds its basic theories , mainly about the relationship between urbanization and urban parking , farther discuss the primary problems of parking system in our country and its resolvent idea .By reviewing the main known way of parking demand forecast ,the paper , an improved way which considering road network capacity is raised in the chapter three.Step by step, chapter four and five presents the frame of parking system strategic planning ,covering basic character , influencing factors and correlative modes etc .The idea of differential area in parking system planning is emphasized as the key point in the paper .Then an illustration is giving to confirm these points in the end.Last chapter sums up this dissertation.
