Research On Parking Requirements Of Public Buildings In Center City Of Shijiazhuang

Shijiazhuang,one of the important cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,has developed rapidly and its car ownership has continued to grow.The rail transit system is in the construction stage and the rail transit line 1 is put into operation immediately.At the same time,the problems caused by the contradiction between supply and demand of parking of public buildings in central urban areas are prominent,and building parking requirements is the important basis for the number of parking spaces for buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to study the parking requirements system of public buildings to alleviate the parking problem,and making the development of coordination of urban economic level and the transportation system.According to the analysis of the influencing factors of parking demand in public buildings,the parking demand forecasting model of public building is established based on the classical parking demand model.This paper analyzes the calculation methods and the formulation strategy of public building parking requirements,analyzes the classification of public buildings,puts forward the method of formulating the revision coefficient of parking requirements,and makes a detailed analysis on the parking zone strategy and the upper and lower limits of the index.The survey system of parking requirements parameter for public buildings is established,which provides the parameter basis and analysis basis for forecasting model and index calculation.Based on the above research,this paper makes a detailed investigation program system for research on the parking requirements of public buildings in Shijiazhuang Central City,and forecasts the car ownership and residents’ travel structure,and re-divide the parking area.The parameters of the forecasting model of parking demand and the calculation method of allocation index are obtained.Based on the forecasting model of parking demand and the calculation method of allocation index,combined with development strategies of allocation index,drawing lessons from parking requirements of other cities in our country,this article develop the public building parking requirements of center city of Shijiazhuang.
