Study On Traction Experiment Measure System Of Locomotive

Under the circumstances of putting new railway lines into use or improving passenger train speed or increasing freight train tonnage or reforming driving system, Train traction test has become one foundational technical job. It provides scientific data for railway administration to make management decision and transportations plan, to dug potential and increase profit. Traction force calculation is the core of the train traction calculation. The thesis introduces a new traction force calculation method, and use a new data acquisition system based on Universal Serial Bus Interface.In this system, Traction force can be gained through the motor voltage, current, efficiency and velocity of train. These parameters can be collected by using intrinsic sensor part (efficiency can be gained through the efficiency curve). Because of the collected signals comes form control circuit or high voltage circuit of the locomotive. For the sake of not interfere locomotive intrinsic control circuit work normally and the high voltage not interfere this system performance, we must adopt enough isolation measures between the acquisition circuit and the intrinsic circuit. By using the method of curve fitting to calculate the traction tonnage, we can gain the traction tonnage within short time and short distance after the locomotive start. By using this method can avoid the train was stopped on the slope, it has practical significance.This thesis designs hardware circuit based on MP411 card. Through MP411 card Universal Serial Bus interface, data could be transmitted between notebook PC and any USB equipment. The data process program is programmed by Visual C++6.0. The program is able to display the diagram which contains voltage, current and the derived traction force. Moreover, the program is capable to analyze in real-time, record data. It realizes the intellectual of traction experiment.In the end, this thesis educes the software validate result. It was proved that the system design had get desire goal, and was rationality and practicability.
