Design Analysis And Text Research Of Planetary Traction Reducer In Hub Moto

The research background of this paper is about the electric scooter' hub motor's demand for reducer, combined with domestic and international research dynamic status in planetary traction reducer and traction drive test. The aim of this paper is to design a small high-performance planetary traction gear reducer, in view of the wheel hub motor design requirement for reducer, and at the same time, to build a set of planetary traction performance test system. Through the test, each performance indicator of planetary traction reducer will be detected. The research can be finished in following aspects.(1)Firstly, in view of the existing electric vehicle technology and an aging population, a design solution of the electric scooter and hub motor came into being. Furthermore, according to the analysis of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication, the traction oil is selected.(2)Secondly, by analyzing different loading ways of pressure force, a kind of loading way of pressure force which suit for the planetary traction reducer is designed. Then, designed the concrete size of each part of this reducer and analyzed the pressure force that the reducer demanded. On this basis, the best thickness of the outer ring and the interference that the planetary traction reducer needed can be obtained by using the finite element analysis software. After that, could get the test prototype.(3)Thirdly, according to the requirements of the performance test for planetary traction reducer, designed the experiment bench from both its structure and function. At the same time,selected the model of the major machine and analyzed the control theory. On this basis,designed the application program that this test needed. Then, both the hardware and software facilities of planetary traction reducer performance test system are finished.(4)Through trial production out of seven different size specifications and four different traction oils' planetary traction gear reducer samples.And referring to other similar methods and the requirements,carry on a transmission efficiency test,a transmission slip test, as well as a no-load text, overload test and so on. At the end of those tests, got a lot of text data and analysed all the test results.All in all, results of those tests can reflect each performance of the planetary traction reducer genuinely, which provides the research of planetary traction reducer actual experimental data. After labouring all the results, this planetary traction reducer is proved to be up to mustard of operating requirements. Therefore this paper has certain reference values for the developments and applications of planetary traction reducer.
