| In this paper, the statical stresses of the C-arm is studied through using ANSYS software by FEM and experiment.The statical stresses of the C-arm are measured that the C-arm's working places through experiment. The construction of the C-arm and the influences on the static loads are studied.A three-dimensional FEM model of the C-arm is established. Based on the model, the statical stresses on the working places of C-arm are analyzed on using ANSYS software. The comparison between experiment results and FEM result shows that the rationality and validity of the simulation model is validared.It is also validated that the C-arm's static intensity is too small.The new construction and model of C-arm are built up.The new model of C-arm is analyzed on using ANSYS software.The FEM analysis result shows that the static intensity of the new construction of C-arm is enough. |
