This thesis systematically analyzes the design and manufacture on Equal-height spiral bevel gears .Based on the analysis and comparison of spiral bevel gears. A new plan concerned with the manufacture and design is presented and introduced in this paper. In this plan, firstly we set up a mathematic model; then calculate it and get a result. Secondly, we use computer to simulate the gears; At last we get the gears. According to the contact zone analysis performance that we got by testing, we know that it is right way to design and manufacture on this gear. Therefore, as far as the problems the gears are concerned, production efficiency and economical benefit in most enterprises will be dramatically improved by this method.
