Research On ASP Platform For Networked Manufacturing

Nowadays, The prominent characteristics of manufacturing are digitalization and networked. In china ,manufacturing enterprises have weak technology power and low information level. ASP (Application Service Provider) is a combination of Internet Service Provider and traditional IT outsourcing service provider and seller. ASP lease out its practical and inexpensive Internet applications to its users. So, enterprises that supported by ASP can be absorbed in Key business .The purpose of this dissertation is to explore ASP application service platform and provides application software and technical Service for solving information based-manufacturing.At first, evolution status and trend of ASP are introduced. Requirement of manufacturing enterprises to ASP service model is analyzed, as well as application and evolution status of ASP at manufacturing enterprises. Considering characteristics and advantages of ASP service model, systemic structure of ASP application service platform for manufacturing Enterprises is put forward. Meanwhile, its systemic structure and the key technology are researched, Including technology project of ASP application service platform, integration technology of ASP application service platform. Finally, ASP application service platform for engineering manufacturing enterprise is explored. This systemic structure of ASP application service platform adopts B/S model, use .net to develop this prototype of asp platform of xinjiang Cooperative Design and manufacturing. This research gives reference to implementation and development of ASP Application Service Providers for Networked manufacturing.
