Preliminary Study On The Law Of The Structure And Overall Arrangement Of Shanxi's Local Yashu Buildings In The Period Of Ming And Qing

The Yashu building (the ancient government's office building) is one of the important building types in ancient times of our country. The research about Yashu building is still weak because the quantity of the remained Yashu building are limited with historical changes. The research about it began in the last century, the 1930s. In the course of the development of the tourist industry in our country and the deepening studies about Yashu culture, the historical value of Yashu has demonstrated its influence day by day. At present, the studying about the law of the structure and overall arrangement of Shanxi's local Yashu buildings in the period of Ming and Qing has not been a more comprehensive and systematic one. Starting with the evolution of Yashu and its influence factor, this paper tries to combine the method of investigating on the spot with historical data documents.
