With the continuous development of China's economic and social construction,Great changes have taken place in the development of the construction industry,especially the rapid development of high-rise buildings in China's urbanization.As the shear wall structure has the advantages of high strength,strong side effect,good safety performance,the interior space is simple and smooth,the beam and column are not exposed in it.The shear wall structure is more and more widely used in high-rise buildings all over the country.However,for the shear wall structure which is one of the main structural systems of high-rise buildings,how to arrange the shear wall safely,reasonably and economically is the main problem for the structural designers.At present,there is no uniform standard for the arrangement of shear walls in the structure.It is often arranged by engineering designers according to their own experience.On the one hand,it may lead to the calculation results of the structure can not meet the requirements of the current specification,repeated design adjustments are required,the quantity of work is increased.On the other hand,due to the structural safety requirements,the shear wall will be arranged by engineering designers with conservative method.It will increase the amount and structural stiffness of shear walls in the structure.It is not conducive to save the cost of the project.At the same time,it also improves the seismic effect of the structure.Therefore,we do the research on the optimization design of the number,location and size of the shear wall to obtain a safe and economical structure and explore the methods of the rational arrangement of the shear wall.It is of practical significance.(1)This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of high-rise buildings,and makes an introduction of several major types of structural systems and their respective characteristics.It expounds the necessity of the development of shear wall structure system in high rise buildings,especially residential buildings in china.And it also clarifies the important position of shear wall structure in the development of high-rise building structure in China.In addition,the present situation,the level and the structural optimization theory applied in the structure of the shear wall are introduced to illustrate that the development of structural optimization theory in the shear wall structure design is feasible and necessary.(2)In this paper,the classification principle of shear wall structure and the stress characteristics of different types of shear walls are summarized.At the same time,combined with the theory of structural optimization design,it describes the principles and steps of structural optimization in this paper.(3)Combined with the specific engineering examples,three kinds of layout design of shear wall is established through the change of the number and position of the shear wall,and there is a certain level of hierarchy between programs.And then the finite element software SATWE is used to calculate the structural models of these three schemes respectively.According to the results of the calculation,the dynamic characteristics,the deformation characteristics,the internal force characteristics and the economy of each structural model are analyzed and compared to select the optimal arrangement of the structure and obtain the idea and method of rational arrangement of shear wall.(4)Combined with the actual shear wall structure,the wall thickness of the shear wall,the strength grade of concrete and the hole rate of shear wall structure are taken as the influencing factors in the case of keeping the shear wall layout unchanged,the performance(Period,maximum inter story drift angle and seismic shear force)of shear wall structure is taken as objective function.Through the calculation and analysis of the various structural models,the influence of the factors on the performance of shear wall structure is summarized.(5)On the basis of the optimized layout scheme of shear wall,the hole rate and wall thickness of shear wall are taken as the object of the optimization design of shear wall structure.In the case of reducing the wall thickness of the shear wall and increasing the hole rate of the surrounding shear wall,the dynamic characteristics,the deformation characteristics,the internal force characteristics and the economy are analyzed and compared to obtain the more optimized structure arrangement between structure designs by using the finite element software SATWE.(6)Considering the interaction of superstructure and foundation,the influence of the change of superstructure design on the foundation is analyzed.The effect of structural optimization design is proved by the change of characteristics of the foundation,and the judgment of structural optimization design is made.
