In this dissertation, a testing system based on virtual instrument for performance characters of variable displacement hydraulic pump is developed so as to meet the research requirement of Hydrostatic Transmission Laboratory.The research work mainly comprises:· Design of hydraulic system principle diagram with power recovery function for variable displacement pump testing and analysis on its efficiency;· Deign of hardware for testing system with PXI data aquisation system;· Developments of software for variable displacement pump testing system and measurement data management system.The development of testing software for hydraulic pump performance is achieved by creating data acquisition task with MAX (Measurement&Automatinon Explorer), employing DAQmx driver system to realize data acquisition, logging data into Access Database with LabSQL...
