| Fixture is one of the import parts in productive and technical preparation. The efficiency of fixture design direct influence the speed of production research and development and the ability of fast response. This thesis comes from the"fixture speedy design and management"subsystem, which is belong to the"productive and technical preparation and process management"subject of the 2nd Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. The object is to design and develop a software system for fixture design flow and drawing management in order to improving efficiency of fixture design by scientific information management.According to the idea of PDM, this paper designs the architecture of fixture design process and drawing management system based on C/S and B/S composite structure, and introduces the business relation between this system and departments. The architecture of process management and the flow engine mechanism are designed with the workflow technique by the analysis of fixture design process, and the effective management and monitoring in the process running of fixture design are realized. The architecture of fixture drawing management is designed based on product type. The function and implement method in detail were analysed, the activity diagram of importing drawings process is introduced, and unified management of fixture drawing on network is realized. A model of generic report is designed based on Object-Oriented method by the analysis of the structure of generic report, and the function of print and user-defined in generic report is realized. The model of UML class diagram is designed in C/S model based on Object-Oriented method. The architecture is designed in B/S model based on JSP. In addition, database information model of main function model is designed according to the function of system.Based on the analysis and design above and the background of the fixture design of a factory of the institute, take Oracle as database support, fixture design process and drawing management system is developed with the application of these technologies such as Delphi, VC++ which are Object-Oriented Programming language, JSP.
