Research On Flexible Manufacture Training System Based On Profibus

The rapid development of flexible manufacture line been promoted by the rapid development of mechatronics, and thus the field bus technology has been extremely on a wide range of application.So it has become one of the most important contemporary automation technology.Because of the serious shortage of qualified personnel in mechatronics so make the problem of training qualified personnel in this filed more urgent at present in our country, this serious situation needs to carry on the research and development in the mechatronical experiment system to fit for the industry training.PROFIBUS-DP is one of the international standard field buses which has been on a wider range of application, it is a protocol being in field device control system and dispersal I/O communication.At present, it has become the most popular field bus technology which develops most quickly, been on the widest range of application and own the most brilliant future.In order to keep up with the technical trends and help to spread the application of field bus technology, it is urgent for us to further research on PROFIBUS-DP characteristics, to master how to build and configure PROFIBUS-DP networks.The PROFIBUS-DP bus-mastering network of the system researched in this article was constructed which adopts PLC300 as main site and the module of EM277 date bus mating with PLC200 as subordinate site, through the hardware station construction and the software configuration realized the network communication, and edited the master site procedure to realize controlling subordinate sites, then the master station procedure has been carried on simulation running and debugging.The program of expanding the original mechatronical teaching and training system has been presented in this article, and chose the protocol of field bus and the program realizing the communication of the network which suit constructing the network of this system in term of the actual situation and the characteristics of field bus,and then switch to a detailed analysis of the communications technology of PROFIBUS-DP field bus, introduce the program of developing subordinate sites of the system by the hardware station construction and the...
