Study And Application Of Decision-making System Of Quotation Of BQ

The separation of quantity and price in civil engineering projects is the essence of quotation of BQ, and the price which is decided by market competition is its core.This kind of bidding mode is distinctly different from another mode, which was adopted formerly and based on government affirming market price of engineering. There are mainly two distinctnesses:(1) The quotation of BQ provided by owner can unify the quantity and content of project.(2) The quotation of BQ provided by the owner is the base of contractor bids. A majority of contractors are in the term of transformations from old bidding mode into new one, thought the criterion of quotation of BQ has been brought into effect for 3 years. Contractors are faced with a serirs of problems during the same time.This paper studies the decision-making system of quotation of BQ in engneering projects.First, this thesis has some research on the essence, analysises competitors'advantages and disadvantages qualitatively and quantificatonlly. Second, the paper establishes the system data-base of decision-making system in the circumstance of Access2002 and Visual Vasic. At last, this paper gives a new idea which auditings quantity of project in terms of cheking and estimating.Then optimizes the ideas in common using which are used for estimating the quantity and price of abuilding engineering refer to completed engineering.
