In recent years,the domestic construction market is becoming increasingly competitive,with more and more foreign construction enterprises involved in a large number of contract projects,which give our construction enterprises unprecedented pressure.Under the situation of construction enterprises generally low profits,How to obtain more opportunities for contract projects and income-generating benefits to show the company's own image,which determines the fate and development of enterprises,so construction companies need to consider and solve the problem.A more scientific and reasonable bid quotation decision system can not only improve the competitiveness,but also a substantial profit.Based on the previous research on bidding decision,this paper takes Xinyang Jianye City as the research object and takes the bidding and bidding decision system as the research content.Firstly,using the principal component analysis(PCA)and the software of SPSS deals with the data corresponding to the factors that make the bidding decision,and extracts the main factors that affect the bidding decision.It eliminates the redundant factors that affect the bidding decision and makes the data corresponding to the factors more visualized.Based on the results of PCA,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is used to analyze and evaluate the main influencing factors of the multiple bidding quotation schemes,and finally the bidding quotes of multiple schemes are ranked.In addition,the method of Interactive multi-attribute decision-making(TODIM)is used to analyze the multiple bidding schemes and calculate the advantages of each option.By comparing the advantages of each scheme,we can obtaining the order of bidding offer scheme.Based on the results of the two different methods,the decision maker can makes a comprehensive judgment to find the best bid quotation decision.Finally,the paper points out some shortcomings in the bidding decision and makes a prospect for a deeper research.Based on the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and PCA – TODIM,the bidding system of the project is analyzed and predicted,and a more reasonable and scientific bidding is obtained.The decision-making system provides a more effective way for the construction enterprises to improve their competitiveness and obtain significant profits in the bidding process.
