Design And Research On Intelligent Electrical Valve Actuator Based On MODBUS-RTU

Motor actuator of valve is widely used in modern industry, and controller is the core of the whole system. With the surge of foreign actuators rushing into China, it is necessary to develop products of independent copyright. This task is consigned by some company of JiangSu to do some research and develop an intelligent control systerm of valve actuator based on analyzing demand and tracing advanced technology. We developped a digital, intelligent, self-diagnosing actuator with FCS and shortened the difference between oversees and domestic.The emphases of this article is to do some research and develop an intelligent control systerm of valve actuator based on FCS to replace PLC controller. Using cygnal C8051F020 MCU to replace PLC controller to reduce volume and cost.This control systerm is composed by main controller, torque and displacement detection circuit, H-M and drive circuit of motor.We had study and applied for field-bus technique (Modbus protocol) up to theminute international that achieve long-distance communication for electric-actuator and use famous industry configuration software-KINGVIEW 6.51 to develop convenient.The adjusting and running of the system indicates that the whole design is feasible and reliable, and the presumed functions have been conducted successfully.
