This article is based on the basic principle of TY295D diesel mechanical speed governor, developing one kind of the speed governor which is electronic controlled, compared to the original mechanical speed governor, the electronic speed governor in the speed of response even more enhanced, and it can satisfy the actual needs of the system .With dissecting the control system basic principle, and acquiring the method of system transfer function, it has established separately the control system mathematical model. Using the MATLAB software to compute and guard against really the control system. Using the PD control algorithm, and adjusting the parameter of the controller, making the system to achieve the anticipated time response target. Independently designed the organization, which use the direct current machine to make gear reduction, and with the screw rod and the nut organization, the electrical machinery the positive and negative circumvolved motion changes into the straight line translational motion of the control accelerator tension bar. Thus the effective solutes the problem of controlled the displacement about accelerator tension bar. Using PWM to drive motor, and we design a circuit in DC serve control system. In order to survey the diesel engine instant rotational speed rapidly, using the LabVIEW which is hypothesized instrument design language, it has designed a set of test system about diesel instantaneous velocity.
