Today environmental pollution and energy crisis is becoming increasingly serious. People set more and more high request in diesel engine's efficiency, the emission standard and the movement reliability. High-precision, entire state of real-time optimal control for the diesel engine is the most effective way to improve engine performance. The reseach of high-precision real-time control the electronic control system of diesel engine naturally become hot. Along with the soaring development of the performance and the function of microelectronics technology, now applying the high-performance microcontroller and real-time operating system in the electronic control system of diesel engine become the mainstream.This paper study the LR4105 type diesel engine, select the LPC2119 MCU as the central controller of the governor. Design a digital electronic speed governor which intergrated speed control, state display and control parameters optimization. Simulated mathematical modeling of the diesel engine and the speed control system, researched the control law of the diesel engine governor, comparative analyzed and researched the fuzzy-PID control algorithm and cascade PID control algorithm. The simulation result showed that the fuzzy-PID control algorithm can accelerate the speed of the response system, and improve the steady performance of the system.Install and debug the various functional modules, realized the acquisition and display of the diesel engine state parameters and functions of the governor. Runed the speed fuzzy-PID control debugging experiment by using dSPACE semi-physical simulation platform for the governor system simulation study. The experiments result proved that the speed governor system have good function, the control algorithm is correct and feasible.This paper researched the digital electronic speed governor of diesel engine. It laid the foundation for the further technical studies to improve the operation reliability, the optimal control algorithms. And it has played a positive role in the development of diesel engine electronic control system's highly intelligent, higher stability, and universal applicability and optimizes the overall function.
