Research On Configuration Design Technology And System For Product Lifecycle

With the support from the actual item, in order to solve the problem of the process of quick response to customer requirements, the configuration design technology for product lifecycle is studied, consisting of the configuration design technology for product forming process and for product using process.In the 1st chapter, the importance of configuration design for product lifecycle for manufacturing enterprise is described. Current situation of research and application of PLM and product configuration design is reviewed and current product configuration systems' deficiencies are pointed out. Then the techonology and system of configuration design for product lifecycle is put forward. The main content and research meaning of this paper is given at last.In chapter 2, the difference between product lifecycle of green manufacturing and product lifecycle of traditional manufacturing mode is analyzed. Then the information model of product lifecycle is given. The relationship between product family and product configuration is analyzed. Then product family model is further extended and product family model for product lifecycle is put forward. The constructing process of product family model for product lifecycle is given. The frame of configuration design for the product lifecycle is put forward at last.In chapter 3, the part coding technology of configuration design for product lifecycle is put forward. The configuration design technology for product forming process is analyzed, consisting of the configuration design technology for product family, mapping technology of BOM multi-view, and versions management. Then the configuration design technology for product using process is analyzed. The differences between product reconfiguration and product configuration, different modes of product reconfiguration and the technology of product reconfiguration are illustrated. Then the integration scene and technology of product configuration system and CRM is given. The constructing technology of configuration knowledge library for product lifecycle is analyzed at last.In the 4th chapter, the architecture and function model of configuration design system for product lifecycle is put forward. Adoptive design mode of MVC, developing and running environment and main adoptive technologies are given. The realization of main functions are illustrated.In chapter 5, with the support from the actual item, an example of enterprise application is provided .Chapter 6, reviews the achievements and innovations of this dissertation, and gives a prospect for future work.
